Findlay, Ohio - USA Blanchard Valley School is a very particular structure in a country where public welfare is limited in comparison to private and depends on individual wealthiness. The attempt by the school board and staff is to communicate and advertise the contents and results of the school’s efforts to make the community more sensible and aware avoiding unfordable funding cuts, that would lead to closure.
